So I’ve seen a lot of posts in the slimming world groups that I’m in about quark! Quark is cooking cheese but it would seem it is extremely versatile and you can use it to make mousse too! Which is what I am going to try today!

Weigh in day!

I’ve been dreading it this week didn’t feel confident today at all and told myself I have gained well I’ve been and I’ve lost another 1.5lb so that’s a total of 4.5lb in two weeks! So I’m happy with that next week I’m hoping to gain my 1/2stone award!
